Elanor Appoints 1834 Hotels to Manage Hotel Assets within the Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund

Elanor Investors Group (Elanor) has appointed 1834 Hotels to manage all eighteen hotel assets within the Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund as part of a strategic arrangement aimed at maintaining operational efficiencies. These efficiencies will maximise the value of Elanor’s assets during the orderly divestment of the hotel portfolio.

This collaboration combines the strength and resources of 1834 Hotels with Elanor’s objectives, achieving economies of scale across the portfolio while upholding the high-quality standards synonymous with Elanor. As part of this transition, several experienced Elanor team members will join 1834 Hotels, ensuring continuity of expertise and a seamless management process for each hotel.
