From cultural attractions to the coast, explore the city and all its vibrancy.

This guest information is designed to assist you with useful information and services to help ensure your visit is a memorable one.

ACCOUNTS 

Accounts are issued on departure and are due for payment immediately. Surcharges may apply for credit card payments (see Credit Cards).

 

AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING 

Your room is individually equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning. If the air conditioner is not operating correctly, firstly check that the correct mode has been selected. There is a mode button on the control unit (or remote control) which can change the unit from heating to cooling. For any further instructions, please contact reception.

COOL MODE – please select this mode if you wish to cool your room.

HEAT MODE – please select this mode if you wish to warm your room.

 

AIRPORT 

The Adelaide International and Domestic Airport is located 7km away and travelling time is approximately 15-minutes from Quality Adelaide Central Apartments.

 

ALARM CLOCKS

An alarm clock is located on the bedside table. If you have any difficulties setting the clock, please contact reception.

 

ATM

The closet ATM is located at Commonwealth Bank on 96 King William Street, Adelaide, approximately 50meters from the front door of the property.

 

BABY FACILITIES

The hotel and restaurant can provide cots and highchairs. Babysitting services can be arranged with a reputable service provider. Please contact reception to assist in booking the required need.

GUEST AMENITIES

The hotel provides some basic personal amenities for you to use in your apartment. For forgotten items, a limited supply of additional toiletries is available at reception.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

All rooms are serviced daily between 9.00am and 2.00pm. If you do not require your room to be serviced, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your door for our staff to see or notify reception.

 

IRON/IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are located in the wardrobe of your room.

 

LAUNDRY

Communal Guest laundry facilities are located on Levels  4, 6, 8 – Laundry Packs are available in your apartments. Please contact reception on 9 for any further assistance.

 

LUGGAGE STORAGE

This service is available to all guests at no charge. Please contact reception on 9 to make arrangements.

 

MALICIOUS DAMAGE

Guests are reminded that the cost of replacement or repair of any item, that goes beyond fair wear and tear, and that is caused by the guests or their invited guests will be charged to their account and subsequently charged to their credit card provided at time of check in.

 

MAINTENANCE

Should any appliances, fittings or services require attention, please contact reception and we will address the issue as soon as possible.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Buses stops are available on King William & Grenfell Street within meters of the property. More stop information metro station information can be obtained from reception. Tram stop is less than 100 meters from the property directly opposite the property. Tram service within the city is at no charge. Trams going to Glenelg will incur a charge.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms. Guest will be charged an amount of $250 if evidence of smoking is found within the apartment or the property. If Smoking persists then guests will be evicted from the premises. Please contact reception for a list of designated smoking areas.

 

SUPERMARKET

A convenience store is located right next to the property on 84 King William Street Adelaide. Coles Supermarket is located 60 meters from the property at Rundell Place, 77-91 Rundell Mall, Adelaide 5000.

 

TAXI

Dial 9 to place an order for a taxi or dial direct to Independent Taxis on 1800 647 320. Although the taxi service is usually very reliable, we recommend you book your taxi in advance.

TOURS

Reception will be happy to offer advice and make tour bookings on your behalf. A range of flyers of points of interest and maps of Adelaide are located in the foyer for your convenience.

 

TOWELS

To help save the environment please leave only the towels you want laundered on the bathroom floor. If you require extra towels, please see reception, or dial 9.

 

WI-FI

Complimentary wireless internet is available to all guests. Access details are available from reception. Should you have difficulties with your Internet access, please contact ******* help desk on *** *** ***.

 

ROOM KEYS/ ACCESS CARDS

Please ensure you keep your room keys secured at all time and to ensure to have it returned upon check out. Failure to return keys or lost keys, damaged keys will incur a charge of $300. Which is the cost of having a Locksmith at the property to get keys re-done and locks changed along with getting new access cards.

 

SECURITY

All apartment doors lock upon closure. We recommend that you ensure to keep your room keys before exiting the apartment. Swipe cards provided give you access into the building and access to your floor. Please ensure your doors are locked each night. Night patrols and after-hours emergencies will be provided to ensure property is fully secured.
