It should be all about romance and love and happily ever after. However planning a wedding can often be a stressful time for newly engaged couples – there are so many decisions to be made, it can be very costly, and that’s before you even get to the family politics.
But when you choose to hold your wedding reception with us, that’s one less stress that you’ll have to worry about. Let us take care of as much detail as possible, with our dedicated function coordinators on hand to walk you through the process, to help you make decisions you might be unsure about, and generally just reassure you that everything will run smoothly, with utmost care and attention to detail.
From the moment of your initial enquiry, we want you to feel welcomed and comfortable, just as your guests will be when they arrive to celebrate with you on your special day.
We understand that everyone has a different style and theme that they envisage for their wedding reception. Our function coordinators can provide you with examples of previous receptions and give advice and recommendations for your special day – from napkins, to chair covers, colours, additional decorating and styling for the function room and recommendations for suppliers that we partner with to assist.
We also understand that everyone has a different budget for their wedding day. We are more than happy to tailor a function package to come in under budget and still provide you with highest quality service and produce. If you are working on a really tight budget, our coordinators will have suggestions to help – have you considered holding your reception on a Friday or in off-peak season? What about a lunchtime function instead of dinner? We’ve got plenty of idea so please ask if you are unsure. If you’re working without a set budget and really want to impress, we can also suggest some added extras to really wow your guests. Again, ask our coordinators for ideas to make your reception absolutely breathtaking.
